Refund policy

We hope you love every piece you get from Nancy Lou's. However, if something doesn't work out, here's how our returns work:

• All items must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. 
• Tags must remain attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or damage.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Once your return is received and approved, you'll receive store credit in the form of a gift card to use toward future purchases.
• All sale, clearance, and accessory items are final stale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
